Each resident has a room with a private washroom as well as a private or shared balcony. Each room is furnished with bed and side tables, an easy chair and a stool, a study table. Additionally there is a LED TV with private cable connection, wardrobe, air conditioning/cooler, intercom facility.

Guests can stay in the guest house on payment of Rs. 1000/- per day (for one person). For food they have to pay extra per person per meal as decided by the mess committee. The guests are required to deposit a photocopy of their I.D.

Residents are provided with free 50 units of electricity per month, charges of extra units consumption is borne by resident only.

Laundry and barber services are available on demand of resident and charges of which are borne by resident only.

In case of death, the guardians will be informed and the body will be handed over to them. If the occupant does not have any guardian then in that condition the funeral will be carried out as per the declaration done by the occupant at the time of registration.

The inmate has to pay the room rent only and no food charges will be levied provided long leave is more than one month in a stretch.

Our care includes: Emergency medical response procedures Medication management Home-cooked nutritious meals keeping individual restrictions/requirements in mind Daily activities including music/games and social events, prayer in temple.

The activities are planned depending on each person’s abilities. In general, we engage residents in: Volunteer visit Move screenings Group lunches and celebrations Outings (Both group and individual)

In case anybody wants to call doctor from outside, charges are to be paid by himself/herself. Ambulance on call will be available on paid basis. However a four wheeler is parked in premise itself for emergency use, inmate will be taken to the nearest hospital.

Bringing in your stuffs and personalizing your space is only allowed after permission of management.

Attendant / care taker is to be arranged by the inmate only. The charges of attendant / care taker will be same as of resident.

विशेष परिस्थितियों में 60 वर्ष से कम उम्र वाले आवेदकों को सांध्यनीड प्रबंध समिति द्वारा अधिकतम 2 वर्ष तक का उम्र शैथिल्य प्रदान किया जा सकता है

सांध्यनीड बुजुर्ग आवास में सभी आवासियों के स्वास्थ्य की सामान्य जांच के लिए चिकित्सक का मासिक आगमन होता है । विशेष परिस्थिति में चिकित्सक को बाहर से बुलाया जाता है जिसका व्यय स्वयं आवासीय द्वारा देय होता है, वाहन सुविधा हमेशा उपलब्ध है जिससे आवासी को असामान्य परिस्थिति में नजदीकी अस्पताल में ले जाया जा सकता है |

नाई और धोबी की व्यवस्था सांध्यनीड बुजुर्ग आवास में उपलब्ध है किंतु इसके लिए शुल्क आवासीय द्वारा ही देय होगा |

भोजन एवं नाश्ता निर्धारित समय अनुसार भोजन कक्ष में ही उपलब्ध कराया जाता है। इसके मैन्यू का निर्धारण समिति के द्वारा ही किया जाता है |

नहीं मांसाहार एवं शराब इस प्रकार की सभी नशीली चीजों का सेवन पूर्णत: वर्जित है |

अभ्यार्थी की मांग पर उसे अधिकतम 15 दिनों के लिए परीक्षणाधार पर सांध्यनीड में रहने की अनुमति दी जा सकती है। इस सुविधा का निर्धारित शुल्क आवेदक द्वारा देय होगा।

हां, सांध्यनीड़ में प्रवेश के समय आवासी को अधिकृत सरकारी/गैर सरकारी चिकित्सक द्वारा प्रदत स्वास्थ्य चिकित्सा प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

हां, अतिथि निर्धारित अतिथि-गृह में रुक सकते हैं, उन्हें तत्संबंधित शुल्क जमा करवाना होगा। मेहमानों के लिए आवश्यक है कि वो अपने फोटो पहचान-पत्र की सत्यापित प्रति भी जमा करावें।

कक्ष में टेलीविजन सांध्यनीड़ द्वारा उपलब्ध करवाया जाएगा किंतु डिष कनेक्शन उसका संधारण शुल्क एवं मासिक शुल्क आवासी द्वारा देय होंगें।
